The NWHCA has six Members of the Board:
President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, and three Directors. Each
board member is elected by a vote of
present members via nomination at the Spring meeting when a three-year
term of office is at an end. The officers (President, Vice President,
Secretary/Treasurer) are elected by a vote of the present Members of the
Board for a term of one year. To hold an officer position, a member must
first become a Member of the Board. The NWHCA Representative to AHCA is a voluntary position and often vacant. If you are interested in filling the NWHCA Representative to AHCA role, please contact any board member. |

NWHCA Bylaws

| Board meetings are held three times each year: Winter (via teleconference), Spring, and Fall. General membership meetings are held once each year in the Spring. Meeting minutes are reviewed and approved at the following same-type meeting and will be posted upon approval. |
